Coaching Offerings

    A single one on one coaching session.

    This single individual session has a sliding scale rate of $77 - $175. The session is 60 minutes.

    I will share accessible tools so you can learn in a one on one individualized way to support your nervous system with an aim to effort less and be more comfortable.

    Sessions generally begin with a brief check in, a small mindfulness/movement practice, brief exploration of the stress-relaxation cycle, demonstration of Resilience Toolkit practices and support for building tiny habits.

    As you practice these tools over time, you may notice the ripple effects in your life.

    Choose the sliding scale rate that is most supportive and available to you. The three tiers (“Community Care,” “Sustain,” and “Pay It Forward) are an effort to support a sustainable service delivery model.

    New client package of 3 sessions for $325 total ( $390 value) or 6 sessions for $650 ($780 value). Sessions are 60 minutes each.

  • Somatic Sometimes is a group series to sustain collective co-regulation.

    Group rates are $25/session per individual, i.e. a 4 session series packaged for $100 total; a 6 session series packaged for $150 total. Sessions are 60 minutes each. Organizational rates vary.

    In this multi-session series, I will share accessible tools in a small group setting so that you can learn to support your nervous system with an aim to effort less and be more comfortable.

    In this collective space we will have the benefit and awareness of co-regulation.

  • A series for men to practice in collective space. Dude club for stressed out dudes.

    A 6 week series packaged for $150 total ($25/session per individual). Sessions are 60 minutes each. Organizational rates vary.

    Somatic So-manly is a seasonal group offering for men to practice collective co-regulation.

    This affinity space is for men. If you identify as a man, you are welcome. Build your stress management muscles in a judgement-free space. Elevate the masculine divine.

    In this multi-session series, I will share accessible tools in a small group setting so that you can learn to support your nervous system with an aim to effort less and be more comfortable.

    In this collective space we will have the benefit and awareness of co-regulation.

    Why am I offering an affinity space for men? I know and care about men who are seeking ways to connect to their mind-body. I believe in the masculine divine and that many men are working to counter toxic masculinity. I believe men deserve access to somatic practices. I believe that collective practice can have a ripple effect in our communities.

  • A seasonal group offering

    Are you a writer? Do you have a nervous system? This workshop is for you. 

    Join a collective space to support a sustainable creative practice where we will tend to our living bodies while we tend to our bodies of work. 

    As writers we often create art in isolation on a page — a page that may travel to reach hearts and minds through performance on stage or publication.

    The creative process can be cathartic, lonely, exhilarating, terrifying, messy and fluid. 

    • How do we show up for body-mind as we show up to the page and beyond?

    • How do we shift in and out of the flow between writing and our day to day lives? 

    • How can we support our bodies to be more comfortable and connected ahead of a performance, a public gathering, a celebration?

    We can attune to and support our unique nervous systems as we co-regulate together.

    Our capacity may change from day to day, or season to season. We deserve support adapted to meet us in the moment we are in. 

    We can feel more connected. We can slow down. We can be embodied when we celebrate a win (like we showed up to the page, finished a piece of writing, or perhaps the work is flying out into the world). We can be gentle in our creative process alongside our full lives.
